How to Receive Your Client Passport
Your journey begins once the total of your treatments during a single visit exceeds AED 3,500.
At this moment, you unlock:
- Your official Milena Client Passport
- A 2% cashback deposited into your virtual account
This is your entry point into The Space — a program that grows with you.
With regular treatments (20+ visits per calendar year), your level can rise, granting access to higher cashback rates and elevated status inside the program.
Loyalty Program Levels
Level 1 — Blue Star
This visa is already placed inside the Passport.
Annual turnover: AED 40,000 – 60,000
Benefits:
- Official Passport + Visa
- 5% cashback on all eligible procedures
Level 2 — Green UFO
Annual turnover: AED 60,001 – 100,000
Benefits:
- Elevated tier status
- 7% cashback on eligible procedures
Level 3 — Yellow Saturn
Annual turnover: AED 100,001+
Benefits:
- Highest recognition within The Space
- 10% cashback — our most generous reward level
Program Conditions
- 1 point = 1 dirham.
- Points are credited immediately after payment, according to your current level.
- Points remain active for 6 months from your last visit; after this period, unused cashback expires.
- The tier level is recalculated per visit, based on the total amount of paid procedures during that appointment.
- To maintain your status for the next calendar year, you must complete at least 20 visits to any Milena Aesthetic Group location.
- Discounted procedures (promotional, model offers) are excluded from the program — points are not accrued.
- Cosmetic product purchases are not included.
- The loyalty system is unified across all branches: Jumeirah and JBR.

How to Use Your Points
You may redeem your accumulated points to partially pay for your current treatment — up to AED 1,000 per visit.
Please note:
Points are not accrued on the portion of the bill paid with points.

Your loyalty balance is maintained on your virtual patient account.
You can receive updates directly from our administrators — via SMS or verbal notification — anytime you wish.
